Humanities is one of the new faculty that was introduced in RSU, with three departments.
The departments include
(1) English language and Literature in English. ( This department is the mother of the rest departments with over 200 students 90 percent girls and 10 percent boys)
(2) Philosophy
(3)History and International Diplomacy
Sr.Marie Pauline Eboh is a Mercy Sister and a Professor of Philosophy
She is a native of Umuoma Nzerem in Ehime Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria.
She obtained her doctorate degree in education at the Salesian University, Rome.
She is the author of The Structure of Igbo Logic as Shown in Dispute Settlement (1983)
,Family Morality for an Ideal Home Essays: Critique of Social Praxis (1996),Christ in Us.
Our Hope of Glory (1998),and Introduction to Philosophy and Philosophizing.
Many of her essays have been published in referred international journals, and her essays won four awards in a space of three years
