Students currently registered in a full-time programme in other recognize Universities, may be permitted to transfer to the Rivers State University (RSU) at the beginning of a new session provided they have a CGPA of
3.00 in the programme they had previously completed as contained in their official transcript.
When a student transfers from another University, only the grades Obtained in the Rivers State University (RSU)will be used to compute the CGPA.
A transfer fee of Two hundred thousand naira (#200,00.00)shall be paid by the candidates transferring from another University to Rivers State University ( RSU).
A special transfer form shall be obtained from the Registrar and forwarded to the Admissions Committee for consideration
