How To Calculate Jamb And Waec Points.

On this article am going to teach you guys how to calculate your jamb and your olevel result.
JAMB point for 1 sitting in WAEC/NECO/GCE is Ten (10)
While
The JAMB point for 2 sitting is Two(2)
This means candidates who passed their WAEC or NECO once
without combining results have 10 points and also have a
better chance of admission.
JAMB Point for O’level Grades
A (A1) = 6 marks,
B (B1, B2, B3) = 4 marks
C (C4, C5, C6) = 3 marks
The final criteria is your UTME score. The scores are divided
into ranges and each ranges are assigned with points that will
be using to offer admission. The ranges are;
180 to 185 ——–20 Points
186 to 190——–21 Points
191 to 195———22 Points
196 to 200——–23 Points
201 to 205——–24 Points
206 to 210——–25 Points
211 to 215——–26 Points
216 to 220———27 Points
221 to 225——–28 Points
226 to 230———-29 Points
231 to 235———-30 Points
236 to 240——–31 Points
241 to 245---32 Points
246 to 25———33 Points
251 to 300—- (34- 43points)
300 to 4Oo——- (44 – 60 Points)
FOR EXAMPLE
JAMB score = 230 = 29 points
WAEC
English- B3=4 points
Maths- B2=4 points
Econs- C5=3 points
Biology- A1=6 points
Chemistry C4=3 points
Physics- B3=4 points
Geography- E8=0 points
Agric- D7=0 points
Government=- C5=3 points
one sitting = 10 points
Total points=37 points
WAEC + JAMB = 37 + 29 = 66 Points
