How to borrow books from the central library, take the book to the circulation desk.
You will be requested to fill in your name and other particulars
on the book card, which is in the book pocket at the inside back cover of the book.
The circulation desk staff will complete other necessary procedures before the book is finally handed over to you.
When you have borrowed a book, it is your responsibility to ensure that the book is in good condition and returned to the library on or before the date is due.
Returning Books
Books must not be returned direct to the shelves.
They must be returned to the circulation desk and handed over to the library staff.
Students must make sure that the books returned are discharged from the computer.
How To Recall A Book In The Library
If the book you need is not on the shelf, note the class mark and make enquiries at the Circulation Desk.
If it is on loan, you can fill in your name and address on a special card (available at the Circulation Desk) to have it recalled for for you.
When the book is ready for you, a notice will be sent to you. If several readers want a book at any time,it will be placed On Reserve to give everyone a chance to read it. www.rsugist.blogspot.com
