How To Transfer To Another Faculty.

A student seeking for transfer from one Faculty to another may be permitted to do so subject to the following guidelines

1.The student must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 (except students withdrawn for academic failures)
2.The student satisfies the basic admission requirements (0'level,utme subjects) for the new programme at the time of first registration.
3.The number of transfers a student can enjoyed Within the University shall not exceed one.
4.When a student transfers from one Faculty to another, only the grades obtained in the courses in the new prescribed programme of study will be used to compute the CGPA.
Courses which were completed before the change of programme and which are not part of the new prescribed programme will be treated as elective courses. Special transfer forms obtainable from the office of the Registrar at the cost of Ten thousand naira (#10,000:00)only,shall be used together with results printout in applying to the Registrar before the commencement of the session.
All such applications on the recommendations of the Head of Departments and Deans shall be forwarded through the committee of Provost and Deans to Senate for approval. www.rsugist.blogspot.com
